Too fast.

Time is flying by and I don't even know it. I take in the moment and enjoy every second I can with Sadie. When I had my baby shower when I was pregnant with her, I received a pair of pajamas that seemed huge. The thought I had is that they will fit her when she is 4 years old. Well, last week she wore the pajamas. I was in shock. I could believe that she is not two yet and she is wearing the 4 year old jammies!

Alone time...

Nap time is one of the things I look forward to during the day. At the same time, it is one of the boring moments of my day. My morning is filled with chores, "to-do's" and planning out the day, that when nap time comes, I am left a little bored. I have studied General Conference, eaten lunch, read a book and start thinking of taking a nap myself. Today I have looked through some inspirational blogs, and can't help that I too could make a difference to someone else. I may not be a motivational speaker, a popular blogger, or have thousands of friends. But what I do have is an amazing husband that takes care of our families needs. I have a one of a kind daughter who tests my limits and steals my heart every day. I have the greatest blessing growing inside me, I can't wait to meet him and share my love even more.  I have a calling in the Primary, where I have the opportunity to teach amazing 10 year olds about the Gospel. I have a supportive family that allows me to...

Mommy Probs :(

Yesterday morning I had an ultrasound appointment. I love going and get so excited to my sweet baby. But along with this appointment, came the glucose test, (if you have children you know how yucky it is). Well it was a rough night and I was so tired, when I woke up I only had 20 min before my appointment! My head popped off, I hurried and drank the nasty drink while putting on my makeup and getting dressed. I ran out the door and made it. But, here is the best part, I looked down at my leggings only to find they were inside out! Luckily I was able to fix them before I saw the doctor. The lesson I am trying to say is we all have these kinds of mornings. When someone has inside out leggings they probably are running late! :)

Easter Joy!

Image
Spring is in full bloom. Easter was so much fun. We went to Idaho for Easter (the weather was perfect). We had an Easter egg hunt and colored eggs and ate way too much candy (more than I'll admit). Sadie loved being with other kids close to her age. Love this age she is in.

Spring love!

It is so nice outside and I can't help but the love the spring air! Today I dressed in spring colors and love sitting in the sunshine. I dream of tulips, sprinklers, and butterflies. Life has been busy for us, we found out we are having another little one join our family. I made it to the halfway mark. My last pregnancy I thought I would never make it halfway, and this pregnancy is flying bye. The sweet little one! Ready for spring!  What I look forward to about spring, Easter Egg hunt with Sadie Tulips in my Garden Sunshine Baby bunnies Baby Bumps

Remember the Moments

Image
What a crazy month October was. Sadie girl turned one and we had a blast celebrating her birthday. Every gift she got was a noisy toy. Needless to say, my house is now filled with more noise, and I love it.  I love the toys she received.  I love playing with Sadie and making her laugh, watching her think, and trying her hardest to figure out a toy. It's in the simple moments that make my heart swell with love of being a mother. Being a mother is one of the most rewarding gifts from God. I am grateful everyday that I get to do it. But with that being said, it is also one of the hardest jobs I have ever had. Talking to someone who whines what they want, the poop (it's part of motherhood), the not eating, the toll it takes on my body, the sleepless nights, and the teething. It comes in a bundle swaddled in a pink blanket. The moments that matter most is the laughing, the smile, when they first crawl, the first step, feeding themselves, when they think they are funny. and mo...
